ProfileUplift is a trading name (dba) of Bagar LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States (NM Entity ID 0008067729). References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Bagar LLC. By using our Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

ProfileUplift provides independent dating profile coaching and consultancy — including bio writing, photo selection advice, and messaging strategy. We provide advice and materials; we do not operate any dating platform and we do not control the outcomes you experience.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific number of matches, messages, dates, or relationships. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own actions and the people on each platform. Individual results vary.

Eligibility

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. By engaging us, you confirm you are at least 18.

Payments

Your first 15-minute consultation is free. Paid packages and their prices are confirmed on the call before any payment is taken. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site is owned by or licensed to ProfileUplift and may not be copied or reused without permission. Materials we create for you are for your personal use.

Third-party trademarks

All dating platform names and logos referenced on this Site are trademarks of their respective owners. ProfileUplift is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of them. References are nominative and used only to describe the services we help with.

Warranty disclaimer

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROFILEUPLIFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NM, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Albuquerque, NM, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
